Merchant of Venice part 2

Act 2 scene 1.
1. It is because he is not christian or jew
2. If men fail the challenge from Portia they will not be able to date/ marry Portia
3. He practices usury which is trading money but with interest
4. Shylock and Antonia hate each other because Shylock is a jew and Antonio is a christian
5. Portia doesn't like the people that the Prince Of Morocco has bring to her palace

Act 2 scene 2.
1. Laucelot wants to leave because he doesn't like working under a jew
2. Bassanio is worried to take Gratiano with him because he parties and gets drunk a lot
3. It is B.

Act 2 scene 3.
1.  Jessica thinks that her life has no meaning because she can not choose who she would like to marry
2. Lorenzo is the person that wants to marry Jessica

Act 2 scene 4.
1. Jessica gets the message to her lover through birds
2. She will be disguised as the different person

Act 2 scene 5.
1. Shylock doesn't want to go out to dinner because he is scarred for his daughter

Act 2 scene 6.
1. Launcelot gave the message to Lorenzo through giving the message to him by giving it to him at night.
2. Jessica gives him a casket
3. Because he needs to talk to Gratiano

Act 2 scene 7.
1. The prince of Morocco has chosen the casket of gold.
2. She is feeling worried about the prince of Morocco might get the right casket.
3. Portia's dad is trying to get Portia the right man but Portia doesn't want to marry him because she wants to choose who she wants to marry.

Act 2 scene 8.
4. Shylock has lost his Daughter and his money
5. Shylock thinks that they went to a christian place
6. They parted through boats
7. They said that Antonio's ships might have sunk

Act 2 scene 9.
1. He is saying that if he choosing the wrong casket he will not be allowed to marry any other woman.
2. The prince of Aragon chooses the silver casket because gold is to flashy and led is to unworthy.
3. Portia is happy because Bassiano is the man she wants to marry.

Act 3 scene 1.
1. Shylock thinks that Solario and Salanio know of where Jessica went because they are friends with the person she left with.
2. The second suggestion that was said to Antonio about his ships it that someone might have stolen from it.
3. Shylock has been looking for Lorenzo and Jessica because Jessica has run off with lots of Shylock's money and jewellery.
4. They want to meet up at Venice
