Act 1 scene 1:
1. Antonio is worried about his ships, he's also worried about how they might get sunken
2. Gratanio tries to help Antonio over his depression by acting stupid.
3. Bassanio seems like a pretty chill dude
4. He is in love with a woman
5. He needs to borrow money again so he can go see the woman he loves

Act 1 scene 2.
6. She said that her body is getting to tired for this world.
7. She has depression
8. Yes i think Nerissa is because she is comforting
9. She sounds said to all her other people around her

Act 1 scene 3.
1. He is very rich or he collects more money
2. He thinks that if he doesn't give his money to Antonio because he wants business to keep going
3. Shylock doesn't want to dine with Antonio, Bassanio because they are gonna eat pork and Shylock doesn't like pork
4. He is breaking a rule about how he can't talk to a jew
5. Shylock has maybe convinced Antonio to take the loan
6. Antonio replies with don't think of it as being friend just think of it being villians
7. He responds with a weird reaction

Introduction

(Q) If given the choice between right and kind, choose kind. (T) Wonder, (A) R.J Palacio. (K) Jack punching Julian in the mouth because Julian said some rude things about Auggie behind his back. (O) Jack punched Julian because he was looking out for his friend.

Main Body:

(S) When Jack had punched Julian in the face he was given one week off and has winter break off too. Jack also has to write a apology letter to Mr Tushman and too Julian’s family also. (E) Jack has punched Julian in the mouth because of how Julian was saying rude things behind Auggies back, but August would find out anyways from other people talking about it, but when the teachers broke up the fight between Jack and Julian, they were both sent to Mr Tushman’s office to have a talk, Jack's mother came as soon as she was called. When Julian and his parents came to have a talk with Mr Tushman. Mr Tushman had shown the rude notes and photos that Julian had said to Auggie. Julian’s parents said that it was not Julian that has been the one giving the notes and the photo’s to August. There was even a class photo that Julian’s mum had photoshopped Auggie out of it and has labeled on it saying ‘No freaks allowed’ and on the back it says ‘Just go and die’.

(S) Another thing that has been done in the book is how Jack was saying rude things about August behind his back. Jack had said that ‘if i looked like that i would kill myself’. (E) When Jack told Julian, Henry, Amos and Miles that he would kill himself if he looked like that, August overheard Jack saying that. As soon as Auggie overheard Jack saying what he had said, when August heard what was said about him, he went to the nurses office to fake being sick so he could get picked up to go home. As soon as they got home Auggie ran to the bathroom and threw up. (X) For example Jack said that he would kill himself if he looked like August. As soon as Auggie heard that he said that he had a stomach ache and a headache. After he was finished with throwing up in the bathroom he went to his bed and pulled the covers over his head, then his mother walked into the room with some hot tea to ease his stomach. (Y) When August heard Jack saying mean things about himself he was feeling really sad and left because of what he had heard. Then went to the nurses office because he was not feeling good.

(S) Another surprising moment in the story. August has social issues because of his face because he does not look normal because of his deformity in his face, but he can’t help what he looks like. Since August likes star wars Julian says that August must like Darth Sidious because they look alike according to Julian. (E) Julian says that August looks like. (E) August has a lot of social issues because of his face and that people judge him but he can’t help how he looks because it’s how he was born. (X) An example is how he doesn’t like going into public places because he’s scared of being judged for his face, he also hates going to school because people stare at him and make weird faces towards him and it makes him sad because it is how he was born so he can’t help it because it’s how has been born. (Y) With Auggie having a non ordinary face he still goes to school because of his friends that he has at school, But people will still judge him because it is how people are these days.

Conclusion:

The surprising/shocking moment that happened in the book and the movie is that Jack punches Julian in the mouth because Julian was saying rude things about August. But August stays strong because he is surrounded by good people/friends and they make sure he is cared for.

Pita Pockets

Yesterday 15/5/18 we made Pita Pockets.
I grated the cheese and cut up the tomato, Chloe did most of it, Jaime satay ed the chicken and onion, Jay did the rest

Ingredients:

• 1 Pita casing per person
• Lettuce
• Cheese
• Tomato
• Grated carrot
• 1 Quarter onions 
• 1T oil
• Sauces: tomato, BBQ, mayo, hummus, chilli   
• 70 Grams of chicken or 1 break per table

Method:

1. Saute the chicken and onions together in a pan with oil, high-med heat

2. Chop and grate the vegetables you require

3. Place pita pockets in the microwave for 20 seconds

4. Cut open the pita pocket along the crease

5. Stuff pita pockets with required fillings

Metal project

Today 4/5/2018

I have made a dog tag that says my name on and more things on top of it, it is also made out of Aluminium. And that is what makes me unique because it has what I want on it, I enjoyed this process because you got to make a dog tag with what you want on it, It was fun because we used a lot of different tools to make these

I hope to make more thing in metal because it is fun.
I did kinda messed up when i was putting my initials because i have more than one K on it because i couldn't get the right place for it after i hammered it with the hammer to stamp the name on it.

Tools used to make this:
Buffing machine
Hand saw
Square
Stamping letters
Polishing machine
And much more but i forgot the name for.

We started this in Term 1 Week 5, Around that time. We start it off with a long Aluminium strip that we cut up into 20 by 40 cm. We cut this with a Hand saw with was a little bit hard because you had to keep your arm straight and that was hard if you're hand shakes. Then you we drill a hole in the Aluminium tag. After we do that we round off the corners so it's round and we don't cut our self and then we stamp whatever we want on it but their is somethings we can not put on and rude things. Once we stamp the things that we want on it, we can buff it then polish so it's nice and shiny. When you have made it shiny you can take it home.
