Health reflection

Yesterday Tuesday 20th 2018

Yesterday we made chicken stir fry

I cooked with Jade, Chloe, Jaime. We have pretty good teamwork but we just need to keep working on working together.

The ingredients we used was chicken, soy sauce, honey, cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, noodles, peas, corn and onion. First we heated up a pan on high and we put in the onions and then we put in the meat and made sure that was a little bit cooked after we put the broccoli, carrots in at the same time and then waited a bit we put the cauliflower and the peas and corn, after that we heated up some noodles and after about 1 minute we put them into the pan with the other ingredients soon we put the soy sauce and honey in it  and moved the ingredients around in it.

I personally enjoyed making these so i am totally going to make this at home because it was really delicious
